The Physical Therapy Prescription

After working with pain patients as a professionally licensed Physical Therapist for 30 years, my frustrations with the lack of good
consumer information about physical therapy treatments and physical therapy products led to the creation of the Physical
Therapy Prescription website, a resource for the consumer. Good professionals who provide cutting edge treatments want
the best for their patients. The PTRX is a website for consumers to use as a resource for information about the
best physical therapy treatments and physical therapy equipment available for the most common conditions including chronic pain.
Endorsing physical therapy products for 30 years for my own patients, I have decided to open up my experience and research
to you so that you can make educated choices about physical therapy treatments and the physical therapy products used to help treat
those physical therapy conditions. Knowledge is everything. Our base of information is constantly changing due to new
techniques and increasingly new evidence. Good medical information should never be a guessing game or a secret. We plan
to fill that gap here at The PTRX.
Our mission is to provide you with the most current information on the best physical therapy treatments for the most common physical
therapy conditions for you, the physical therapy patient and consumer. The PTRX is a resource for do-it-yourselfers
as well as for those patients already participating in a physical therapy program needing physical therapy equipment to enhance the
achievement of their established physical therapy goals.
As trends develop, cutting edge techniques and advances for patients will be addressed and reviewed by The Physical Therapy Prescription.
