The cervical spine is made up of 7 cervical vertebrae. Often the first sign of a neck problem will be a crunching sound as you turn your head, or pain when you attempt to look behind you when parking your car. If you’re a male in your 40’s or 50’s, and have been physically active some time in your life then you could end up with a rotator cuff problem some time in the future.
